Anthropologie Giveaway

Spring is coming! Today I put Gideon in the sling and we went for a walk to visit our friends Joanna and Gus. It was raining lightly and I carried an umbrella, but I didn't need any thing more than a denim jacket to keep warm. (No homeschooling jokes about the jacket, please. I'm kind of attached to this particular one.) And I thought to myself "Is there any felicity in the world superior to this?" (If that jacket wasn't enough, that quote forever relegates me to homeschool girl dorkdom. But I don't care. Jane Austen is a million times better than... YO FACE!)
So, yes, Spring makes me happy. And in honor of Spring I have even redesigned my blog for the third time this year. Which is nice for me and nice for you, but not quite as nice for Silas when I ask him to please sort through the CSS code and re-install my favicon. For the third time this year. It takes him all of two seconds. But since it's two seconds he's not spending solving all the world's programming problems it makes him grumpy.
(Also, my husband's new glasses make me want to bear him 87 more children.)
But let's not think of that just now. Let's keep thinking of Spring and how it makes me happy. Know what else makes me happy? Anthropologie. Can we talk about this blouse for a minute? I need it in my life. And when you're done with that, why don't you take a look at these lovely plates. And just because you can, why don't you go look at their wallpaper collection? I'm not encouraging covetousness with this. Just sayin'.
Anyway. Because I love Spring and because I love you, I want to give you a little something. I picked this little crock up about a month ago with the intention of giving it away here. Then life etc... But now I'm finally getting around to presenting you with this little gift. Sadly, I have only one, so this giveaway is only for one of you!
The rules are the usual. To enter leave a comment (telling me what your favorite store is). To enter again, tweet about this giveaway, leave another comment.  To enter once more, blog about this giveaway, and leave another comment. I'm gonna give this a week. So next Saturday I will randomly pick a winner.
Peace, joy, and love!

  3. Blogger ate my first comment. I love anthro too, but that $700 a roll hand-embroidered shakespeare wallpaper? ridic. And I'm not sure the artist even made a profit on her time with it.

  12. Love it! I adore Anthropologie. And I would have to say that it's probably my favorite store if I could afford it. But I'm kinda loving ModCloth right now and then there's always crafts, too. So, apart from clothing stores, I'd have to say Michaels is my favorite.

  17. um.. not sure this counts but I think my favorite 'store' is amazon.com. I just recently actually started buying things from there, and it is cheaper than the other stores, normally, and since I don't have a lot of time (and I would rather spend it with people than, say, buying deodorant) I can order things and they come right to my little apt door! (they even sell food - including lots of GF stuff!)

.. if that doesn't count, my favorite store is Whole Foods (I also love the East End co-op, although I don't go there as much bc it's not as close)

  19. I seriously have never even heard of anthro-what's it..... but the crock is super cute.
I don't really have a favorite store..... I just look for sale signs and clearance racks. I do like Ross specifically for this reason. And I do like Children's Place...they usually have lots of clearance racks. But I also know that I try to avoid those stores because I love to shop way too much...and when I see clearance tags it is far too easy for me to justify spending money.

  20. Oh I LOVE that crock! I would have to say Steve Madden is my favorite store for the time being... Just got 2 pairs of shoes there for a great deal! :)
