And just like that; it's Fall. The days are getting shorter. I get to fall asleep watching the rain pour down onto the skylight above my bed. I bought a bunch of leggings and tights and I'm pulling out my sweaters. I even find myself pining for some flannel shirts. And I am preparing for our new Fall schedule.
I'm going back to school again. Full time. Every morning I will wake to the sound of an alarm clock. I will grab my sack lunch, kiss my boys goodbye, and hop onto my bike to tackle the four miles of hills that is my commute to school. I was able to schedule all my classes so I'll be home for the afternoon, which I am thankful for.
Our third bedroom is now happily occupied. Silas's sister, Autumn, arrived a week ago in preparation for this big change in our schedules. She will be taking care of the boys in the mornings and entertaining them while I study. We are so happy to have her as part of our household!
I am excited. I am nervous. I am happy. I am apprehensive.
