Halloween 2013

Some pics from our Halloween this year. Silas was out of town on a business trip so no family costume this year :( But keeping with tradition I was up till midnight the night before sewing up a storm.
Autumn sewed the eyes onto Zeke's costume which was Gideon's costume from two years ago that we modified.
I went to school as a suffragette and a few people sang the song from Mary Poppins at me. Which was awesome.
Biked in a long skirt and heels for the first time and it wasn't bad at all. Biking in heels definitely beats walking in them.
"I think [the bicycle] has done more to emancipate women than anything else in the world. It gives a woman a feeling of freedom and self-reliance. The moment she takes her seat she knows she can't get into harm unless she gets off her bicycle, and away she goes, the picture of free, untrammeled womanhood." - Susan B. Anthony
The boys were Max, king of the wild things, and Zeke, the wild thing.
Autumn was Mary Poppins which was practically perfect in every way.
It was such a lovely day.
 Me and my wild things.
 Isn't he the sweetest?
Gideon took about nine pictures of us and this was the only one where our heads weren't chopped off. I was impressed we got one!
 He roared his terrible roar!
